Teams

You can also get involved in Preemio's activities through the teams, of which there are currently five: the corporate relations team, the media team, the NESU team, the events team, and the project team. Additionally, since 2020, the financial officer has had an assistant, and from 2023 onwards, the education and social policy officer has been collaborating with three harassment contact persons.

What do the teams do?

Media Team

Content production for social media, Preemio's website, and other communication support tasks, as well as timely event communication through Preemio's communication channels, and content production for Preemio's magazine Riskipreemio.
In 2024, the Media Team consists of: Angelica Kallio (Media Coordinator, Noora Kuvaja (Editor-in-Chief), Maiju Rimpiläinen, Tuulia Rundqvist, Saara Asikainen, Pihla Pietilä

NESU-team

The NESU team is responsible for organizing sitsi events, representing NESU-Preemio at NESU events, and maintaining contact with other NESU cities.
In 2024, the NESU team consists of: Beata Karlstedt (NESU representative), Lotta Sundberg, Thorvald Pöysti, Oskari Junttila, Pietu Pitkänen, and Aleksi Pesonen.

Project Team

Practical arrangements for the annual celebration, assisting the project manager with larger projects such as the pub crawl event "Lentävä Lähdä," the annual celebration, and the Christmas party.
In 2024, the Project Team consists of: Janina Teittinen (Project Manager), Elisa Mattila, Angelica Kallio, Hande Tolvanen, Julia Liljegren, Riina Mykkänen, and Johannes Winberg.

Finance Team

Event Team

Organizing various events throughout the academic year

In 2024, the event team includes: Eeva Kettunen (event coordinator), Jeremias Loukojärvi, Moona Heikkinen, Timo Wilander, Riina Siltanen, Vilma Sneck, Riia Kinnunen.

Harassment Contact Persons

The role of the harassment contact person is to listen non-judgmentally and address any harassment situations that arise when requested.

In 2024, the harassment contact persons are Senni Sarkakari, Emmi Vetikko, Maiju Rimpiläinen, and Hande Tolvanen.

The business relations team

The corporate relations team assists the corporate relations representatives in contacting partners, negotiating contracts, and tasks such as selling overalls advertising spaces.
In 2024, the corporate relations team consists of: Lassi Valli and Arttu Riikonen (corporate relations representatives), as well as Leevi Heliranta, Helena Fomkin, and Roope Rissanen.
